Study the entire 7min video it reveals the speed, functionality and extensive content of eSteward. Very slow loading with Dial Up.

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) enforces the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) to prohibit Unfair Labor Practices (ULP) by Employers, including the US Postal Service, and against Unions for breaching their Duty of Fair Representation (DFR).

eSteward provides resources useful in processing such claims through the NLRBs administrative procedures. Resources include; (1) the Forms needed to file charges against the US Postal Service, (2) Case summaries which are limited to the US Postal Service cover issues involving Managements refusal to provide information to the Union, Managements refusal to bargain, Managements retaliation against Union officials and Managements interference in Union elections, (3) complete NLRB decisions against USPS, and (4) the NLRB Guide, which covers basic law and procedures under the National Labor Relations Act, which is published by the National Labor Relations Board.

NALC and APWU postal union stewards will find everything necessary for preparing and processing charges against the US Postal Service before the NLRB regarding Unfair Labor Practices and information necessary to avoid charges being filed against the Union.

Get all these incredible NLRB resources.
