Texas Potatoes
First layer:

lb. frozen hash brown potatoes (raw) thawed

onion, chopped
Second layer:

cans cream of chicken soup

(16 oz.) ctn. Sour cream
8
oz. cream cheeses
Mix
together: pour on potatoes and onions.
Third layer:
1/2
pound Cheddar cheese, grated.
Top layer:
1
small pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix. Mixed with one stick
melted butter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
