Summer Squash Casserole
2 lb. yellow Squash
1 medium onion
6 to 8 Tbsp. butter
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup Pepperidge Farm dressing
8 oz. Cheddar cheese grated
Cook small pieces of squash and onion. Drain excess water
and mash, then add rest of ingredients, leaving some cheese
for topping. Bake at 350-degree oven for 20 to 35 minutes or
until golden brown.
