Sweet Potato Casserole
3 cups cooked sweet potatoes or yams (about 6 potatoes)
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup canned milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup butter
1 cup chopped nuts, coarsely chopped
Mix upper ingredients together with mixer and put in baking
dish, then mix topping and put on top of potato mixture.
Bake at 350 degree for 45 minutes.
